My name is Katherine Guynes. I have been a part of “The Beav Team” since April of 2009. I am a graduate of Eastern College of Health Vocations, where I became a Registered Dental Assistant. In order to graduate from school I was required to do an externship. I was accepted into Dr. Beavers practice. During my time here I really enjoyed working with the whole team. And, apparently they did as well. I was hired three weeks into my externship. I enjoy my job because of the interaction with my patients. I love to see their smiles as they get their braces off and are pain free. It is very rewarding for mebecause I get to be a part of it.

Hi, my name is Kevin, I’ve been in the dental field for 22 years. I attended Southern Illinois University and earned my associates degree in Dental Lab Technology. For four years I served as a dental assistant in the Air Force and I’ve been with Dr. Beavers ever since. I’m a single parent of a wonderful 10 year old son and I like long walks on bearskin rugs.

It seems so odd to try and write a bio of myself- through years of sharing with my patiets- some of you know me quite well.

Mostly, I want to take this opportunity to thank each of you for the confidence that you have placed in me. And, thanks for the loyalty for all the years that you’ve been with me. The real gift is that you are more than a patient- you are a friend. As the years come and go, each visit feels like a mini-reunion. And, I look forward to many more!

I’ve been working with Dr. Beavers off and on since I was 15 years old.  I accepted the position of Practice Administrator in 2006 after attending the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.  When asked what I wanted to be when I grew up my steadfast answer was that I wanted to be a doctor.  Although, I didn't quite accomplish my childhood dream I couldn't be happier with the unexpected career path I have taken with AR Dental Health & TMJ Therapy Centers.  I can only hope that had I become a doctor I would have been just like Dr. B!   He has a sincere passion for helping our patients achieve their dental and TMJ health goals.  His coach-like drive coupled with our cheerful staff lends a warm atmosphere and uplifting approach for those that seek care in our office.  Coming to our office is like stepping into a home away from home.  It's always nice to feel welcome...and here I truly feel we convey that message to our patients (or our family as we say).  We strive to create an environment that accommodates patients needs - whatever they may be.  We understand that visiting the dental office can be a scary task and we want the experience to be as comfortable, educational and fruitful as possible.

When I'm not overseeing the many facets of our office or assisting Dr. Beavers during TMJ consultations chances are you can find me at the gym, on the lake, reading a good book or playing with my four-legged feline friends, Shadow and Nothin'.  I find it particularly easy to arrive at work in the morning with a smile on my face when I work with such a wonderful team.  Watching patients lives change right in front of my eyes is just the icing on the cake!  It's difficult not to be passionate about what our team and patients achieve here!  So, thanks to the Beav Team and all of our patients (friends) for simply being...you.  As for those of you I have yet to meet...I can't wait.  Hurry up and join our family.  I consider myself pretty down-to-earth...so if you have any questions feel free to give me a call at extension 106.

My name is Tiffany. I started my dental profession in 2002 and started assisting in orthodontics in 2004. I really enjoy my job here at Arkansas Dental Health and TMJ. I have been part of the team since Jan. 2009. My co-workers and Dr. Beavers are great people to work with. We have a lot of fun! One of the most rewarding parts of my job is being a part of our patient’s success stories with their treatment. During my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband, two boys. Spending time at the ballpark, shopping, scrapbooking and going to church.

Stephanie
Hey ya’ll…it’s me, Stephanie. I’m the Insurance Coordinator here at Arkansas Dental Health & TMJ Therapy Center. I work hard to help our patients receive the benefits available through their insurance plans and assist in the process of getting reimbursement for services provided. It’s exciting when our patients receive plan benefits they didn’t even know they had! I understand insurance can be confusing and take pride in helping our patients understand how their policies work.
In my free time I enjoy scrapbooking and doing all kinds of crafty things. I have two cats who are my babies, Max and Rocky. I’m understanding and compassionate, and that makes me a great addition to the team.
I work with an amazing group of people who are the best at what they do. I am a proud member of what we like to call the “Beav Team”!
